In the 1970's a MD - 11 / MD - 10 also crashed, the cause, because the Engine Bolts Failed.

 

 It also rolled over and crashed with over 200 - 300 souls onboard. 

You could see in that incident the Jet Engine actually fall away 

from the Aircraft. - It just took off.  Only at about 500' feet off 

the ground. 

 

Again the Engine mount Bolts broke off.
