Limp Wristed Judge James C. Williams Jr. and His Flock of Idiots "

Thug " Drug Dealer " Andre A. Seabrook,
One year after being sentenced to probation. 5 Years Suspended to 3 Years Probation, For Poss. w/ Intent to Dist. Cocaine  In Charleston County.
Seabrook was arrested in Dorchester County and charged with:   Unlawful Possession of a Pistol -
Pled guilty before Judge James C. Williams, Jr. in February of 2007. Sentenced to one year in prison and his previous probation was revoked. ( What - Idiot Judge giving out Honey Bun Sentences Again ??!! )
Seabrook had a second count of the same charge which usually means the weapon was stolen. This charge was dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.  Idiots !!!!

 2010 Charges:
Back in Charleston County Seabrook was charged in 2010 with the following offenses which were all dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor:
PWID Crack, PWID Crack Near a School, 2nd Offense Possession of Marijuana.
He was also charged with another count of PWID Crack. The 9th Circuit Solicitor cut him a sweet deal and allowed to plead guilty to 1st offense possession of cocaine. Then Judge R. Markley Dennis handed down one of his trademarked utterly ridiculous sentences - twelve years in prison, _suspended in favor of thirty-four (34) days time served and four years of probation. Because that last probation sentence worked out so well, right Judge?

  12 YEARS SUSPENDED TO 34 DAYS TIME SERVED ... WHAT ... IS JUDGE

THEY DISMISSED 10'S OF THOUSANDS OF GOOD CASES !!??

 

 

  GIVE DRUG DEALERS FAR TO MANY CHANCES.

 

WE THINK 20 CHANCES TO OBEY THE LAW IS A
